To find the right fit, measure around your knee:

• Regular: 12″ – 16″ / 30 – 40 cm
• Large: 16″ – 20″ / 40 – 50 cm

Instructions

1. Loosen all straps.
2. Align the patella opening over your kneecap.
3. Fasten the large top and bottom sections behind the knee.
4. Secure the two rear straps through loops.
5. Secure the two front straps through loops.
