Where do I pick up my order?
Pick up your order at Bedard Medical Supplies at 359 Minot Avenue in Auburn. Go to the front counter and say you’re here to pick up your online order.
When will my order be ready for pickup?
You’ll receive an email when your order is packed and ready to pick up.
What are your pickup hours?
Orders can be picked up during our regular store hours. 8:30AM to 5:00PM Monday Through Friday.
What if I miss my order pickup window?
Products will be held for 48 hours before your order is cancelled and the product is returned to stock.
What do I need to bring with me to the store?
Be prepared to show your ID if asked.
